Grandma shouldn't have to struggle to live safely in her own home.

If daily tasks are getting harder and living alone feels uncertain, we’re here to help. Gramma’s House provides simple home modifications to make home life easier and safer. Select one of our services below to learn more.

Bathtub Removal & Shower Install

The number one concern is loved ones - we make everything safe with grab bars and the whole nine.

Tall Toilet & Grab Bars

We install a minimum of 16.5 inches – many seniors have an older, lower style which are hard to get on and off of.

Trip Hazard Removal

Whether it’s uneven concrete outside or a large threshold inside, the trip hazards absolutely have to go.

Laundry Reset

The washer and dryer should be on the first floor – as much as you can prevent Gramma’s from going downstairs to the basement, do it.

Lighting Improvements

A little goes a long way in preventing potential accidents. We also offer motion activated lighting inside and outside.

Backup Generator Install

Winter storms are always going to happen – make sure Gramma always has power and heat when she needs it most.

Backup Sump Pump Install

You never think it will happen until it does – Gramma’s are in no position to deal with a flood or its repercussions.

Induction Stove Install

It’s always safer when Gramma can’t accidentally burn the house down – induction stoves remove that potential dramatically and work really well.

Smart Items

There are so many different things to offer with technology that can help, it is all specific to your situation and the house.

Gramma’s House was born from a very personal place. My grandmother was always there for me, never missing a moment in my life, and she played a huge part in shaping who I am today. When it became clear that she needed some modifications to stay safe and comfortable in her own home, I took on that first renovation myself. It was an eye-opening experience, and I realized how many other families could benefit from similar updates to help their loved ones age in place.

That renovation at my grandmother’s house sparked the idea for Gramma’s House, a company dedicated to making homes safer for seniors so they can maintain their independence. With years of experience in real estate, construction, and property management, I’ve built a team that shares my passion for helping older adults stay in the homes they love.

Every project we take on at Gramma’s House is rooted in the same care and compassion I felt when working on my grandmother’s home. I’m committed to helping families give their loved ones the chance to age safely and with dignity, just as I did for my own Gramma.
